::BEI: Stock Market Not Bubble!>>

Go Finance Reporting - The fall Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) some time ago does not indicate the occurrence of bubble. Because the economic fundamentals right now is nice and the performance of listed companies in 2010 is also quite satisfactory.

"Looks like this is not a bubble, we see good macroeconomic fundamentals and the performance of our issuers during 2010 could grow significantly by 25-30 percent," explained Director of Indonesia Stock Valuation (BEI) Eddy Sugito said here on Thursday (13/01/2011 .)

He explained that began on 6 January, the stock index had dropped to 8.94 percent. "We see a lot of fear about inflation while core inflation is still less than five percent.'s Why Bank Indonesia is not too interested in just follow the perpetrator wants," he explained.

In the present situation, he explains more investors see potential upside to the stock bluechips. "Where do they think the price is already discounted quite high so the price was cheaper," he added.

Related to the exit of foreign funds, he said if foreign funds that entered in 2010 significantly, but that comes out when it's just a USD400-500 million. "So not too significant," he said.

"We still believe the government and the central bank still has the capacity to see the market reaction and how to anticipate or control the market about the issue, not because of red chilli rose, inflation Indonesia so scary," he said. (GoFinance)
