::Unemployment Figures for the European zone in the Lower 10%>>

Go Finance Reporting in BRUSSELS - Euro zone unemployment rate in recorded decreases below 10 percent in February. Unemployment rate to 9.9 percent, down from January to reach double digits.

Quoted by AFP on Saturday (04/02/2011), the rate of unemployment in the EU are in the range of 10 percent since July last year, to 10.1 percent in October. The number of job seekers this month reached 15 million people more.

In a broader scope, the unemployment rate in 27 EU countries (including Britain and Poland) reached 9.5 percent. Eurostat noted that as many as 23 million people registered looking for work. This figure decreased 99 thousand from January.

Statistically, the unemployment rate highest in the European Union held the Spanish nation at 20.5 percent, followed by American as much as 8.9 percent, Japan 4.6 percent, and lowest Netherlands as much as 4.3 percent. (GoFinance)
